Resolution rules
- YES
- Resolve YES if the Republican Party's presidential nominee is officially determined to have won the 2028 United States presidential election. If the presidential election is decided by the U.S. House of Representatives under the Twelfth Amendment, resolve YES if the person elected President by the House is the Republican Party's presidential nominee.

- Resolve NO if the Republican Party's presidential nominee is not officially determined to have won the 2028 United States presidential election, including if a Democratic, third-party, or independent candidate wins, or if the House elects a person other than the Republican Party's presidential nominee under the Twelfth Amendment.
